alrightttttt, It's been a short week. i've made some plans to go on a garden route tour with aussie amy (that's her full name) on the 31st til 6th june then i fly home and arrive home on the 9th about 10 days earlier, i'm a keen bean!
this week i was back at heavens nest and i sort of semi changed a nappy, this was an enlightening experience. this weekend is also set to be pretty nice, i'm staying with amys host family in goodwood, about 30 min car drive away from ottery where i'm based and it's a very different set up to the one i curretly have, it's more fun, laid back and easy going AND they drink alcohol :0!!! which we are not allowed in our little cottage.
it's a crying shame but it's cool to see how the other guys are living, next week i'm also taking part in an HIV AIDs workshop at one of the local colleges in a place called parkwood about 5 mins from ottery, which should be interesting, i think we get some sort of certificate at the end of it which will make it alllllll worth it. in all seriousness my original intention was to come over here and learn more about HIV and AIDs and how they are currently dealing with the disease, so this will be the perfect opportunity. this week i also spoke to a couple of folk from home, it was nice to hear familiar voices and i felt like i never left home, i can't wait for le summer time, hopefully i will do some exercise and lose this excess weight cos i am getting faaaaaahhhaaaaaat... no joke :/
